Dexus has been a disappointment for me. Brought it at $10.50 in October 2021 for exposure to real estate. Has fallen in price way below what I would expect for an asset of this type and don't see it getting back to $10.50 anytime soon. I have now sold out. The returns are not good enough for this type of asset imo.
