Don’t know how well Aussie office buildings are really going but I wouldn’t immediately extrapolate the US situation. America always over does everything & let’s the weak die, like their shopping mall experience hasn’t really happened here either
I’m not sure rates can go a lot higher, asset prices will come off but holding real assets isn’t the worst thing compared to the alternatives if things get really ugly
And the market has already priced in the assets devaluing & divvy dropping, selling now is pricing in something much worse
