- Investa office fund - iof and Dexus enter into implementation agreement (IOF)
- Investa office fund-if proposal is implemented, iof unitholders will receive standard consideration of $0.8229 in cash and 0.424 Dexus securities for each iof unit
- Investa office fund-members of IBC unanimously resolved that they intend to recommend that iof unitholders vote in favour of proposal in absence of superior proposal
