Why do you think divvy will go down?Leasing expiry is spread out, hedging of interest rates in near term and expected interest rates to decrease over next 12 months should mean pretty minimal cuts to divvy in short term.This stock at this price is so well positioned. Off market sales are better than the cap rates the market is pricing this portfolio at (not to mention the funds management platform).
