The fact of the matter is they would not have underwritten if they were not convinced they would receive a reasonable return on their investment...
THEY will receive a reasonable return on their investment as they got in DIRT CHEAP
No one else who owned the share prior to the CR being announced can hope to make any profit at all.
That is what is so unfair and unreasonable about the whole thing.
