I think the B.E. deal is still just talk, until it's signed sealed and delivered, it's nothing more. Hard to take that to the bank and assign any value to it at this point, I also can't see it being concluded until this deal has seen the finish line.

The other key point is, that this last few days has been the first time since i can't recall where there has been any liquidity in MKO for holders to be able to sell meaningful positions, so you can't blame people for moving them at the moment, i think that's the key weight on this, as previously if you wanted to move a million shares you'd be waiting weeks, unless you wanted to halve the SP.

I've got as much of a clue as you on the BE deal, guess that's a Q for management.
