Nov 22 (Reuters) - New Zealand EBOS Group (EBO) will not proceed with the potential transaction related to its animal care segment, the healthcare products distributor said on Tuesday.
The announcement comes after local media reported the company would acquire TPG Capital-backed pets and vets business Greencross.
