15% growth? Yes/but ... growth was due to acquisition that was funded by issuing additional capital. EPS growth was much lower (<5% from memory). It’s EPS growth that drives shareholder value.
Still for a company that’s still growing, in my opinion the SP was ridiculously low before this offer (still low now, but within coo-eee of sensibility).
