It does not change the fact they are clearly describing that the JV will exclusively use EDE's CNT, at fair market value, for the batteries and other components. Extrapolating this to the ridiculous conclusion that that's it, EDE will going forward only produce CNT for this venture alone and close down any other current or future usage is FUDding at it's finest.
