The way I see the financial for this joint venture if Venture aerospace raise $10 mill USD EDE will then own 24% of that worth $3.66 mill AUD
does this sound about right.
half their current market cap.
to me that sounds like a very good deal
now I don’t know much about the validity of the joint venture but it would appear there is the chance of potentially a lot of dollars in this space.
let's see how this pays out.
