More absolute rubbish from you. ASX and ASIC did 'investigate'. They claimed announcing a non-binding contract with a worthless shell after two failed CR attempts wasn't the least bit suspicious.
I even provided documents to ASX and ASIC showing that the CEO of another ASX company was a pathological liar with a fake CV. They did nothing.
