So, in summary, the Grants program has been tested in court and is permitted to proceed.
The original EEG grants were issued during a court case, so they have been unwound.
As the court case approved the program, EEG will simply apply for the grants again and it is highly likely that they will be approved.
The green movement claims a victory, despite the program being approved. A hollow victory if there ever was one.
The end result is a slight delay in the granting of the money and some added paperwork.
