This company has not posted dividends for years and 47%+ in combination share holding owned by 3 members of a family. All announcements are using all 3 names as acting in concert. Two of the members are on the board of directors in a 3 member board and .. have been steadily buying shares - not once can I see them disposing any. I tried to buy on November announcement but couldn't get any.... I'm not holding my breath to buy any especially when the Managing director took options off market .. from the previous director .. oh yeah - 8 weeks before the big announcement... he should have dropped them on the market .. price might have dropped a little as well .. doesn't give any of us a chance to buy in. Don't know of the legalities .. but I reckon it sucks. What happens when this shifts again .. couldn't buy in even if I wanted to. This really grinds my gears.
