    March 30 (Reuters) - Empire Oil And Gas Nl (EGO) :

    • Asx alert-settlement of legal proceedings-EGO.AX
    • Agreed to settle its claim with some of former directors of Empire
    • As part of settlement, parties have agreed that there will be no future claims between Empire and former directors
    • Claim that they used Empire funds, on advice of their lawyers, to pursue defamation proceedings against certain Empire shareholders
