yes insiders.... they could have at least sent long term shareholders a text to say we know you paid $3.90 a share, so go and buy a few so you can get closer to what it owes you. I'd say part of the game will be the Directors will say no and then bid goes up to $3.20 and we're all out. I've got too cynical in my later years!
