Not sure how a equity raising would go, as the price is so low. Having said that I think you are right regarding Canadian activity. They also have moved plant around. They have been cutting costs and are running trimmer.

After researching, I have taken a punt in the last few dips and am waiting. It is only a small portion of the super fund and I don't mind having a bet, the last one was SSM at 20 cents, that took a couple of years but was worth watching it to 81 cents and taking the profit.

Having said that EHL main prob is the debt level and keeping machine utilisation up, so to me it is a riskier punt than SSM was. I think we all like to have a couple in that portfolio that have multi bagger potential. It's the old saying only risk what you are prepared to lose, in my case its only a portion of what was made in SSM so am ok with the risk.
