April 4 (Reuters) - Emeco Holdings Ltd (EHL)
- As part of recapitalisation and mergers, three new directors have been appointed to board
- Peter Richards (chairman) and Ian Testrow (managing director and CEO) will remain on EMECO board
- Erica Smyth and John Cahill have resigned from board of Co upon completion of recapitalisation of emeco and mergers with orionstone and andy's
- All resignations and appointments are effective from 1 April 2017
