- Growth capex still to be deployed, will reflect in 2020 numbers
This is a highly cyclical business and we requires strong earnings and dividends when times are good.
Company is too vague on this issue, they must have a plan and should share high level expectations with shareholders.
When is a refinancing possible and what is the strategy?
Are there any other cashflow sinks that they see on the horizon that may affect the refinance schedule?
Market remembers unexpected investment last year which stalled deleveraging.
