The partners / investors in this deal are I think, well thought out.
SQM has the markets, the infrastructure, the knowledge, years of experience in these markets.
SQM have a need for guaranteed supply, leaving aside their current licensing issue at home, what a way to get product assurance for their investment.
Exciting times or what?
