No it's not a take over there investing for a large portion of the company for 20c a share. if you look at Summits background that is what they traditionally do work with existing management if they are happy with what's in place. you are right it will be very interesting to see the wash up because what isn't realised is sunmit are a group of companies 18 in all that take companies to mining so I'm effect although summit are proposing to put in 70mill US that obviously isn't enough to take to mining. The advantage of summit is they are willing to take on the debt for the rest of the Capital. as far as management is concerned chairman hathorn is on nothing unless it gets to 50c and bennet was in triple his wage as head og Ubs Africa but was persuaded by hathorn to come to elm. Yes some say well if hathorn is head of mondi group he must be on 10 mill a year anyway what does he care if it gets to 50c $1 $1.50c and $2 which are his performance targets? Well all I can say is guys like that don't do anything unless they are value. Fingers crossed that all are on the correct path to unlock more of the value here. Not being too positive the announcemt could also be Summit have walked from the deal. Then bugger back to twiddling things.
