The Morningstar Fair Value is estimated at $5.85 which is possibly the reason for the discussions at $6.10. Most likely well before the latest fall in the market. However, with the last business update, the current price of $2.67 definitely represents excellent value but who knows where this market is headed if the Global economy goes into recession and inflation is not able to be controlled.
