your kidding the recorded day will the date of payment of the capital return of $0.29c So if you pay $0.50c The actual cost holding will be $0,21c there is no tax payable on the capital return. Tax is payable on the div less the 30% offset and individual tax position in my opinion This why it is attractive but risk is buyer pulling out which they not given any indication of doing so or regulator refusing the sale which doubtful
