Yeah I understand Nursery, but it seems like the greenies/pollies want to take one giant step, (not for man kind) from coal to renewables and its just not feasible.

Renewables are only going onto houses because of deals done with government subsidies.

If there were no subsidies, and I'm all for them, there would be a whole less greenies out there.

They ought to make it more cost effective for business to have renewable too, but I digress.

I remember in the goood old Pure Energy days they were building a gas power station. Did it ever happen?
