Im sure emyria have accountants and other number crunchers that have come to the conclusion that this is a good deal. They haven't been mugged on the way to market with the family cow. I would imagine that they believe a revenue source is far better than constantly raising money through share offers and massive dilution of shareholder's capital. I for one have faith in the company to know more than the "experts" on here that are knocking the deal. I think too many people are investing with borrowed money which leaves them wide open to the scare mongers. Bet small and hold long.
