You know EMD is a bio company right????? and it is at the pre-approval stage??
(your comment doesn't seem to acknowledge who the company is and the stage it is at) - otherwise, anyone will complain about why doesn't apple fly rocket ships yet.

What EMD is NOT

• EMD is NOT a drug manufacturing/packaging/distribution company.
• their focus is on research and providing care to people whose current solutions on the market do not work for them - this is the sas3b framework where unregistered drugs can be used

EMD HAS REVENUE!

• EMD has revenues I think ~2 million per year. (unheard of for a bio company that does not have an approved product)
• So the response should be WOW tick box - great stuff not many bio have money coming in at this stage of their pipeline

EMD will licence out their IP and expand into other markets

• As we are not a manufacturing/packaging/distribution company we licence out our approved products to others for our IP
• The Australia / NZ royalty is in line with other market royalties. (its not WE GAVE it away).
• Once approved there is NO FURTHER COST we get to clip the ticket on the gravy train for all of time while the IP holds out
• We expand the indication into new markets e.g. we go for FDA approval and again licence into USA (this can be at a very low cost unless additional trials are needed by different regulators - this should not be the case due to the STRONG RWD we are using Palantir which work with the FDA on its RWD framework EMD is ready for the FDA tick right after we get the Australia one)
• We continue to expand into other regions e.g. Europe regulators
• We expand on the indication and largely do a small trial for formalities as all previous RWD and trials will also be supporting info and again go through the motions with different regulators.

I do repeat. EMD does not manufacture drugs, it doesn't do them at scale, it doesn't have packaging facilities it doesn't do distribution.

EMD is a DRUG DEVELOPER and CLINICAL support. (we are also a / data company and using ai modelling on the RWD) to track and inform what is working).
