There's money waiting for a bargain - always. A sniff of momentum and people will jump in. Is it, or would that be, meaningful momentum and the commencement of a new trend upwards? Maybe but probably not.
CBI resolution, depending on what it leaves us with, will far exceed a 10% jump. I mean we got 10% today on nothing.
