If EML did not follow the right procedure then where is the regulator. And if regulator is satisfied that means EML acted with in their boundries.
Donot expect companies release all the information straight forward without understanding the consequences. That is why a company is given sometime before they have to share a news with share holders.
May be if someone is a company secretary here can tell how much time a company can take before an information is released.
The only time Shine lawyers have a claim if they can prove insider trading during that time, but in that case they would had make a different claim than what they are making here.
