When you have 26,000 shareholders with half holding between 1-1000 shares, it’s really easy to quote a large number of unique shareholders taking up this action. But in reality the actual % of ownership from those holders would be peanuts - happy to be proven wrong here.
it’s an ugly situation and I don’t think these proceedings can go anywhere if (emphasis on the if) the company is vindicated by the cbi investigation.
