re: News: Emmerson Resources MD Quarterly com... Yeah they will give up any rights to their share of the JV tenements, but i think its definately beneficial to Emmerson to have Ivanhoe coffing up half of the cash for exploration on the JV tenements.
The high grade gold/copper hits were not on JV tenements, so they aint gonna lose those regions regardless.
