Hey AJ from what I've heard they are still unsure what the deal is so they are only working on emmerson owned land for now until its sorted, and we have enough cash to tie us over for this drilling period. If ivanhoe doesn't continue to pay for the JV ( i think its an additional 10 million over next few years) they can't hold there 51% stake in the area so it will be forced to give it up if they don't continue the JV. so win win if you ask me.
