Similarly if someone were to find 500,000 BE shares in their stack of paperwork I'd be getting in touch with someone there and offering to sell them to that person directly for above the buyout figure to see if it's possible to leverage their position as the last house on the block needing to be signed over to the developers.

None of which I think would be above board, but business is about need meeting solutions multiplied by desperation.

I’d rather see EMR take control and put it on care and maintenance.

…..and also go to all the BE holders with a big big cap raise.

Not going to take the money on offer? - get your wallet out, this is going to be a rough ride.
