Yes. Africa is proven but depend on the country.. they do have better mining codes, minister of mining, some infrastructure in some places. because there are a lot of mining companies there, etc. No doubt.
But when I analyse the country, people, etc I think Cambodia is a lot better place to invest.
It amazes me that EMR will be one of the first gold miners over there. This could be phenomenal if we can progress well, get more tenements, etc.
The benefit is once the government see the benefits to local economy and community they will open even further.
I just hope they don't get greed like Thailand did and do what they did to KCN.
