I think all posters both holders and non-holders agree that it is likely a positive overall for the company.

Yes existing holders are going to be diluted however with Alto they would of been diluted anyway but hopefully the people who participate on the CR have firmer hands then the creditors and Alto.

I can see them raising at a discount as i highly doubt it will be at a premium as some have said Ted will only raise at a premium... It isn't what Ted wants it is what the market will do and I would struggle to see how a premium can be charged considering the state the company is in... Time will tell though .
