    Oct 2 (Reuters) - Ensurance Ltd (ENA) :

    • ENA to undertake fully underwritten $3 million placement
    • Appoints Tony Leibowitz as executive chairman
    • Proposes to undertake a placement to at an issue price of $0.05 per new share
    • Stefan Hicks to move from role of managing director to role of business development director
    • Funds raised from placement will be used for expansion of both its UK and Australian operations
