They had $7.5 mill (31st Dec) - so I reckon they costed up their plans for niobium and said lets get cashed up now while the SP is juicy for the players.
(the sedimentary copper play in the Patterson Region, is funded by IGO)
I'm hoping for a SPP so existing holders can participate - you know, contribute in 5k packets up to 30k max - would suit me right down to the ground.
From my research (I may have missed some) ENR and WA1 are the best niobium plays on the planet - and I still prefer ENR for granted leases and M. Cap. and Ozzie land.
