Agreed there are many valuation methods.
Mine is based on (admittedly short) past history which is real.
DCF is the future, which is neither certain, real nor reliable in a company with a history this short, a regulatory environment this uncertain, and a market sector this volatile.
Rule #1 of financial forecasting is to be conservative in one's approach.
Better to be delighted by over performance than embarrassed by having your forecasts look like a bunch of pie in the sky nonsense upon reflection.
Perhaps you have never had to explain to a large client who lost real money or wasted real time why you were wrong?
