Well this has gone from an announcement, to the CEO publicly stating that he expects the contract(s) to be "unconditional" by July or August 2023. Yeah, they had issues and had to go the scenic tour via the U.S.
Still, in 6 weeks time it'll be 2024. I can see why you've remained sceptical and cautious.
