yeah current deal states 42-45% shares to be held by EPM and portion inspecie distributed.
So that's a substantial copy of the register. Then likely existing EPM holders to top up positions in OZ yellow shares. now that the market is running hot. Previously Petra were trying to nab $18M of the allocation; and we were left with an unexciting $2M allocation.
Going to be tightly held, not matter what situation; but I think the key to get fence sitters in will be entitlement to the unlisted options. always nice to have a some leverage exposure to a booming commodities market; with woefully energy independence.
