It'll basically have OZ yellow overrun the EPM share price (market cap) imo. This doesn't make sense obviously as EPM will hold a stack of Oz yellow shares - but this is the ASX, when has it ever made sense.
Note the REE supporting ETFs are fairly high bar; GGG was close, and ASM is an example of meeting the requirements.
Oz Yellow will need to run the gauntlet and hopefully get some Uranium ETF coverage; there will be Uranium investors looking for new opportunities, but I don't think they will be as patient as EPM holders of Oz Yellow
