the shares given to eclipse Share holders will be done on a pro-rata basis. In short unless you own a shit tonne of shares you will be getting 5/6 th’s of nothing. As they are now only likely to raise less than a third the amount note they say “a portion” of the shares given to eclipse.
The unlisted options will be going to eclipse and they will be staying there. These will not be in specied out.
