Anyone can sign a deal if they sign away all their rights to the other party. RIO are too smart for that, these Land Councils often have outrageous terms, thats why an agreement is not often reached. You better hope these EPM numpties havent pulled the carpet out from under you, wouldnt put anything past them. Whats the bet you are up for some really over the top royalties?
Oh yeah, that was a laugh especially here, and I quote
