Are there any shareholders able to list the contributions Mr Leschke has made and how they have provided shareholder value?

Interestingly there have been no other "change in substantial holding" notices after the last raise. Didn't Lochtenberg say he was going to purchase $100K worth? What is the reason for Leschke's departure? More evidence of his lack of confidence in EQE coupled with the pathetic on-market purchases over the past 6 years of a few grand here and there.
