    IMO, these circumstances can be of a personal nature and his explanation was understandable (it takes a big man to step aside and say this guy is a better fit than i) given the direction the company wants to head Ted has made sure the right man with a wealth of experience in financing mining projects over 20 years was added with John Braham in place to take it there.
