Patience to wait for all scheduling and processing options to be exhausted to maximize potential profits. And also patience for silver price to rebound.
Cutting costs sounds like a prudent strategy to me to avoid cash-flow losses, keeps the company nimble and only an option if a company has not yet begun production.
The challenge/risk is for the company to find financial backers confident in MRP's studies when it's ready to move on to construction and production.
