You seem to be in the camp of "wait for the phone to ring" and therefore be a taker, not a maker of opportunity. The latter will almost certainly deliver a sub-par outcome for shareholders. I would like a takeover myself as long as it is at a fair price. What I don't want is stagnation while the vultures circle.

There is real money to be made here from these valuable lithium resources. I'm invested elsewhere and am anticipating good returns based on extracting and processing minerals. The spoils here will mostly go to the whomever digs the dirt. I'm ok to be in either a fair takeover or processing, if it gives me a good return.
