Unfortunately, it is nonsensical of you though to be making reading recommendations when you’re yet to confirm you’ve even read what you’re actually recommending.

And it’s even more nonsensical, unfortunately for you, to be suggesting of someone to concede to something that they haven’t actually stated.

I do note however, the whole “valuation document” label is something you, yourself, have conjured up - I guess that would mean you’re the one telling us all that you concede what you, yourself, have conjured up was just plain wrong.
