    Management have told us they are exploring all funding options. They have invited parties to show expressions of interest for offtake or investment in the company. They have put the for sale sign up and even backed a 50c takeover.

    Now we have CE describing ESS as “highly strategic” , that he wants to “work with ESS“ and it’s “uncertain” whether Min would bid for ESS. Note this last comment suggests to me that a bid for ESS is at least a possibility.

    How can Management tell us on one hand that they are looking at all funding options and all interested parties yet in 2 weeks they havn’t even spoken to the most obvious partner who has essentially given them an invite for discussions above. Personally if they don’t open discussions with Min asap I will be voting against their remuneration at the annual meeting. You can’t tell me you are actively looking at all options and not even open discussions with the most obvious one. This tells me they are all talk but aren’t doing Jack S..t.

    There is nothing wrong with open discussions, it’s not the same as begging.
