Scheme is dead...that tactic was pointless when MIN took a stake. Silliest idea I have ever seen.... for a company wanting to actually secure a takeover.
TLEA ongoing interest is yet to be revealed, had to free themselves of scheme to buy shares on market...will they?... We know MINs. TLEA at the bare minimum should be buying shares in ESS either to go for it's own takeover, or force MIN higher and exit with gain when MIN TO.
