This was almost a certainty following today and with MIN holding a 20% stake. A scheme was never going to go through.

Certainly doesn't mean that TLEA is walking away. If they are going to lodge another bid, it always made sense for it to be a takeover.

Bit of a misleading headline to the article, people will interpret that as TLEA giving up.
