Seriously... lets just wait and see what the SEC say. If we get an effective notice, but the SP is still crap in the lead up to the vote/NASDAQ, then I may agree with you. But for now, as literally every sane person here has told you, we are bottlenecked by the SEC. Most likely a lot of EUR future announcements hinge on this merger being successful.
